How do I purchase a SwarmJam towards Kintec's Run Clinics?
1. Go to www.swarmjam.com and click “BUY” to purchase Kintec’s Run Clinic SwarmJam.
2. Then select which Kintec location for you wish to purchase your SwarmJam.
3. You will be required to create an account if you are not a registered user.
Please note that you will have to purchase the SwarmJam between the dates of Wed January 18th to Fri January 20th. SwarmJam will be taking the offer offline after these date range.
Why is my credit card being charged the taxes on your site?
The SwarmJam offer does not include taxes, and therefore, like any other SwarmJam offer, the Canada Revenue Agency specifies that we have to collect HST on the original amount of the Run Clinic.
When can I redeem my SwarmJam?
You can only redeem your SwarmJam online through out Run Clinic Registration website from Monday Jan 23rd, 2012 onwards. It is not valid for in-store registrations.
When does my SwarmJam expire?
Your SwarmJam is valid till March 7th, 2012, which is the start date of Kintec Abbotsford's Beginner/10km run clinic.
Can I use my SwarmJam at all Kintec Run Clinic locations?
During your purchase, you will be prompted to choose a list of 7 participating Kintec run clinic locations.

Can I use my SwarmJam on a previously registered run clinic at Kintec?
Sorry, the SwarmJam offer is only valid for registrations from January 21st, 2012 onwards.
Can I upgrade my SwarmJam run clinic offer to the Kintec run clinic with free footwear?
Unfortunately the SwarmJam offer cannot be combined with other offers. However, you can purchase the Kintec Run Clinic with Footwear offer separately from your SwarmJam for $119.95. This includes up to $150 worth of footwear at any Kintec location.
What if the clinic that I want to register for is full?
If the clinic is full, you will automatically be placed on a wait list. Our run clinic instructor will add you when spaces open up as this does happen the first week of the clinic. If your clinic is still full at that point, you will be given the option of deferring your SwarmJam run clinic offer to the next round of clinics in April.
